The vineyards are exclusively grown in the area of Haut Fitou and the grapes carefully selected from several vineyards. This Fitou reflects some of the best terroirs of Mont Tauch with a mix of limestone and chalk soils for the Carignan and Grenache, schist soils for the Syrah. The passion of the growers and the respect for age old traditions, guarantee the authenticity of the wine.
