For this wine, the growers at Mont Tauch are all invited to select grapes from their favourite vineyard, which will best reflect the character each grower.
Pierre, Paul, Jacques is the local equivalent of Tom, Dick and Harry. The inspiration for this Fitou comes from the small rural community of Tuchan, a peaceful haven in the remote hills of southern France. All 300 growers of the Cooperative are given the opportunity to contribute grapes from some of their favourite vineyards to produce the best possible wine.
