Fitou Pierre, Paul, Jacques is an easy to drink, mellow and fruity wine.
For this wine, the growers at Mont Tauch are all invited to select grapes from their favourite vineyard to best reflect the character of each grower.
Pierre, Paul, Jacques is the local equivalent for Tom, Dick and Harry. The inspiration for this Fitou comes from the small rural community of Tuchan, a peaceful haven in the remote hills of southern France. All 250 growers of the Cooperative are given the opportunity to contribute grapes from some of their favourite vineyards to produce a wine full of characters.
Tasting: a specially blended soft, modern style of Fitou.
